Embark on a transformative journey with The Messy Movement Lab's Sensual
Movement class, a Multimedia Installation Series crafted with intention to offer students
a unique and holistic experience. This innovative class redefines the narrative of the
erotic within a consensual and empowering context, using technology as a tool for
self-intimacy and personal exploration. The series seamlessly blends digital movement
tutorials, intentional space holding, and a multimedia approach, fostering a holistic,
interactive, and reflective exploration of sensual embodiment. The purposeful
environment of the installation series utilizes visual, vocal, and written cues, guiding
participants through each session with intentional breaks and reflection times
seamlessly woven into the fabric of the experience.

Rooted in the Pleasure Centered Movement™ (PCM) Method developed by Rashida
Webb-Miller, this structured and intentional class is a profound journey into somatic
healing through Sensual Movement. Each 75-minute session delves into the core
principles of Sensual Movement, emphasizing the restoration of pleasure, rest, and
radiance. Challenging societal norms around sensuality, the class empowers individuals
to prioritize their desires and intuition. The Messy Movement Lab® ‘s PCM Method
offers a professional and comprehensive approach, reclaiming bodily autonomy,
fostering self-intimacy, and reshaping the narrative of the erotic within a consensual and
empowering context. Immerse yourself in a transformative blend of technology and
movement, where self-expression and exploration take center stage in a holistic,
interactive, and reflective manner.

Please note, this class takes place virtually. You will receive the link to your class session before your class begins.
